Does 30 Seconds Cleaner® Work? I wanted to find out for myself. Last week, I had my technicians from Pristine Clean wash my home, but I forgot to have them wash the barn. It was soiled badly, with algae and bacteria growth. It was four years since the last time the barn was washed. I visited my local Home Depot and looked at the various house cleaners. There was Wet & Forget, Mold Armour, and 30 Seconds Cleaner. I opted for the 30 Seconds Cleaner® since I always hear the radio commercials. Here’s how it works.

How 30 Seconds Cleaner® Worked on My Barn
Again, I was eager to see how the product stood up to all the claims it made. Owning a power washing company, I know firsthand what’s possible. The instructions were intuitive, and I quickly got to work. It only took about one minute of spraying to cover the 300 sq/ft front of my barn. After the initial application, I let the product dwell for approximately ten more minutes. Furthermore, I did not agitate the product, and after the wait, I started to rinse the barn.
It worked! The barn looked a lot cleaner. However, the spray from the nozzle wasn’t very powerful, so not everything came off. I did wish for my professional pressure washing equipment because the perfectionist in me wanted to see 100% clean results.
30 Seconds Cleaner® vs. Pressure Washing
In the end, 30 Seconds Cleaner® did work on my barn. My experience was that the product was easy to work with but that it could have been more effective with a bit more elbow grease. Furthermore, most of the organic growth came off with the solution and the rinse, but a scrub brush and/or a more powerful nozzle would have worked wonders. Also, it’s my opinion that this product is great for smaller projects but that larger jobs like a house or roof wash would require a lot more product, which is expensive.
