How do I get a quote for pressure washing at my home?

Just give us a call and we can quote your project right over the phone using the latest satellite measuring technology. There is no need to schedule an onsite estimate.

How long does it take to get a quote?

In most cases, our pressuring washing experts can get you a quote in less than 5 minutes.

How do I know that I’m getting the best price?

Our pricing is fixed for all customers and is based on the size and difficulty of the project and never on the customer’s ability to negotiate. We do not artificially inflate our prices just to “discount” them drastically as a sales tactic. We believe in honest pricing—every customer should get the same great price.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We are happy to offer in-house financing to help you pay for your project through our Pristine Payment Plan.

Do I need to submit a credit card to get on the schedule?

No, we do not require a credit card to schedule your service.

How long do I have to wait for service to be provided?

We schedule jobs out no more than a week and can usually accommodate next-day service if necessary, weather permitting.

What if it rains the day of my service?

Light and moderate rain does not hinder most pressure washing services. In fact, some rain in the forecast makes the washing process even more effective! If the rain becomes an issue, we will contact you on the day of service to reschedule.

Do you use high water pressure?

We do not use high pressure on house siding or shingles because it can damage them. Instead, we provide what is known as a “soft wash” which is a low-pressure cleaning that relies on our custom blend of detergents to do the work. We do use appropriately adjusted higher pressure to clean brick, concrete, stone, decks, patios, and fences. Our technicians are thoroughly trained and know when high pressure is safe to use and when it isn’t.

What kind of results should I expect from pressure washing?

It all depends on the condition of the surface we are cleaning and the nature of the marks that are on it. We guarantee the best possible results using our safe and environmentally friendly process.

Are your services safe for my home?

Yes. Our power washing process is entirely safe for your home, landscaping, and pets.

Are you insured and certified for pressure washing?

Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and our employees are covered by Worker’s Compensation insurance. We hold multiple certifications in pressure washing from the PWNA (Power Washers of North America).

What if I have a question or concern related to the services provided?

Our customer care team is standing by to address any concerns you may have after the completion of your service.

How do I pay for my service?

You can pay your bill by check (given to the technician or placed in the mail), or by credit card (by calling our office or by paying online). Payment is due in full 14 days from the completion of service.

How long does it take to pressure wash a house?

Power Washing a house typically takes 30 minutes to an hour depending on the size. Our trucks are loaded with top-of-the-line equipment, so the process is fast, efficient and effective.

What is soft washing a house?

Soft washing is just as it sounds, a soft, effective way to wash a home. Our soft wash machines allow over 8 gallons per minute to wash your home, so high pressure is not needed. Our combination of detergents and cleansers literally does the dirty work. This process is more efficient, safer for the home and takes a lot less time than actual pressure washing.

How often should I power wash my house?

You should wash your home every 1 to 2 years. Not only does this rhythm keep your home’s curb appeal up, but it’s protecting the siding as well. Left dirty, your home’s siding can degrade much quicker than if it’s regularly washed. Dirt, bacteria, and algae all eat away at the protective coating on your siding, but it’s easily prevented with regular washing.

What type of sealer does Pristine Clean use?

Pristine clean uses only the highest quality sealers and protectants. For your siding Pristine uses a surface protectant that acts as a barrier on the home to help it look and stay cleaner longer. For your roof, our team applies a soy-based shingle rejuvenation that will bring them back to their original flexibility and function (roof renew service only). And for our concrete driveway and patio sealer, we use only the highest quality Silane/Siloxane sealer meant to penetrated deep into the concrete aggregate and strengthen from within.

Can you pressure wash moss off the roof?

No! Treating the moss that is growing on your roof and using high pressure to manually take it off are two very different things. Never allow anyone to pressure wash your roof. It will get irreparably damaged. Instead, treat the roof with a mildewcide that kills the moss down to the roots and will allow it to gradually work its way off the roof.

What is Roof Renew?

Roof Renew is like a fountain of youth for your roof. Shingles that are 5 to 20 years old start to dry out and lose their malleability. Our Shingle rejuvenator is made of soy oil and not only replaces those lost oils but returns your shingles to their original flexibility and function.

How long does it take concrete sealer to dry?

Our concrete sealer takes approximately 30 minutes to dry to the touch. We recommend that you don’t walk on it for an hour after application and don’t drive on it for 8 hours.

How much does it cost to seal concrete from Pristine Clean?

Average cost to seal concrete in Cleveland ranges from $400-600 for average size driveways.

How long does a concrete sealer last?

Our Silane/Siloxane sealer lasts about two years and then it should be re-washed and sealed. Not only will this maintenance keep your concrete protected, it will also keep your driveway looking its best!

How much does commercial pressure wash cost?

It’s hard to say because each job varies so much. Pristine Clean offers all types of commercial power washing, which can range from a small restaurant’s siding to the concrete at a baseball stadium. Our commercial power washing is always competitively priced and backed by our Pristine guarantee.

How much do you charge for pressure washing?

Our prices for power washing services are very competitive. What you get with Pristine is an upfront, honest price every time! We do not gouge or play pricing games. We set our prices for the value and worth of a service, usually offer a seasonal deal, and that’s it! Pretty simple. What’s best is you can get a free, no-pressure quote instantly over the phone!

Does Pristine Clean wash brick surfaces?

Yes! Pristine Clean washes bricks of all types including masonry, split face, and pavers. Our process is safe and effective for all types of brick, concrete, and cement surfaces.

What is concrete wash & seal?

A concrete wash and seal is just that. First, we wash the concrete with a professional walk-behind surface cleaner. This makes for an even and consistent clean. Next, we rinse the concrete to remove all the dirt and contaminants clogging up the concrete. This prepares the surface to receive our sealer. Finally, our technicians apply a Silane/Siloxane sealer to the concrete. This application penetrates deep within the spongy nature of the concrete, filling the voids. Once sealed, the concrete is stronger and more resistant to cracking, chipping and surface pitting.

How can you clean the black stuff on roof?

Did you know that those unsightly black streaks on your roof have a name? Yes, Gloeocapsa Magma is a photosynthesizing bacterium that eats away at the limestone filler in your shingles. You heard that right, the bacteria is feasting on your roof. The reality is that shingles are not made like they used to be. Much less petroleum and a lot more limestone means that bacteria will appear and feed, destroying the shingle more and more each year. Our Pristine Roof Clean kills the bacteria, and rids your roof of those ugly black streaks!
